While this is a low-cost service agreement, you’re always in control. There are no long-term lock-ins or penalties. We’re confident you’ll find the value worth keeping, but if your needs change, you can reach out at any time.

Maintenance materials like lubrication and cleaning supplies are covered, but repair parts or labor beyond maintenance are not included. If we find something that needs fixing, we’ll explain the issue and won’t move forward without your written approval.

To better serve all our customers, annual maintenance services are typically scheduled between January 1 and August 31. If you prefer your inspection from September 1 to December 31, availability may be limited and additional charges may apply.

Applewood’s Service Plan costs $198 per year, but watch out for deals throughout the year that bring the price down. Additionally, we offer $50 off when you renew, so multi-year members pay just $148. The plan is designed to be affordable and cost-saving over time—especially when compared to emergency repairs or last-minute service calls.
